COMPOSITION
Expanded mineral graphite with corrosion inhibitor, inert to most
chemicals, resistant to high temperatures and pressures and also
suitable for cryogenic services.
The self-adhesive face allows an easy application, sealing any kind
of irregular surface, damaged or defective.
Supplied in rolls, this gasket allows an easy and fast repairing
of equipment and accessories, for flanges and especially in heat
exchangers and boilers.
Chemical Resistance: Chemically inert (solvents, hydrocarbon, acids,
and alkalis except from oleum. Chromic, dissolutions with high concentration
of bromine, iodine and Chlorine, salts of concentrated chlorine
sodium). STEAM RESISTANT.

APLICATIONS |
Gasket product use in applications
where a normal gasket is not suitable because of its big diameter
or uneven form of the flange.
Designed for applications where high temperature, chemical resistance,
cryogenic temperatures and steam are required, especially in
heat exchangers and boilers.
Other applications:
Static equipment and on the whole, all static equipment for
high temperature including steam or cryogenic temperatures.
It is also used like sealing material for hydraulic test of
equipment.
