COMPOSITION
MONTERO INJECTABLE PUMPS AND VALVES SEALANT is made from a high
technology mix of non asbestos fibers to produce a bulk of non hazardous
synthetic fibers.
MONTERO Injectable packing is suitable to use in worn shafts, in
odd equipment and where equipment is not in good mechanical condition.
There is no need to worry about sizes because is packed in bulk
form.
Injectable packing are easily installed and operates with "zero
leak" and flush is not required
It can be used while the equipent is running without interrupting
production.
MONTERO INJECTABLE PACKING is available in different standard reference:
EIMF-3001 for use in acids and alkalis with food.
EIMG-3002 for use in steam, hidrocarbons, chemical products, fuel,
etc.
EIMS-3003 for use in slurries, steam, and extreme service applications.
EIMF-3004-G for use in general conditions even by on high speed
aplication

Centrifugal equipment at high speed, agitators, compresors.

Sugar plants, cogenerations, power plants, nuclear plants, petrochemical
and chemical plants, paper plants, etc

EIMF-3001 with PTFE
EIMG-3002 with Expanded Mineral Graphite
EIMS-3003 with aramid fibers.
EIMF-3004-G with PTFE and graphite.
