+ Expanded Graphite |
A combination
of pure expanded graphite rings with MG-420 packing
at each end gives improved valve sealing over a wide range
of pressures and temperatures. A range of qualities is
available: industrial, nuclear (in both cases, with and
without corrosion inhibitor GRAFOIL ®GTK, GTJ.)
with a variety of sections and densities. This set is
adecuated for valve manufactures.

chemical resistance is obtained by using pure PTFE
filaments, individually vacuum-impregnated with PTFE.
The packing is specially designed for use with foodstuffs
(FMPA certificate) and contact with liquid oxygen
(BAM certificate).

Ecograflex
is a die formed ring set made of pure mineral graphite rings
from pure exfoliated tape with corrosion inhibitor, combinated
with 3 diferents packings giving 3 kind of sealing system set.
Ecograflex´s geometry , shape and density design, has
been developed for give solution to fugitive emisions problems
, allowing its use in cryogenic working conditions, fire safe
restrictions and chemical products.
Ecograflex 420 made of GRAFOIL +MG 420 low fugitive
emision.
Ecograflex 780R made of GRAFOIL +MG780R for use in
cryogenic and at High temperature service (fire safe test
packing).
Ecograflex 250 made of GRAFOIL +MF 250 for use against
chemical products.

| MG-880R |
This packing
is prepared using pure, expanded, mineral graphite with a 0,1
mm. inconel wire core for work at high pressures. It combines
the exceptional properties of graphite with simplicity of use
and opportunity to minimise stocks. The graphite used is GRAFOIL®GTK
grade with corrosion inhibitor.Where there is a possibility
of extrusion, the use of our anti-extrusion rings (our ref.
MG-420) is recommended. It can be supplied also in industial
quality ref. MG-780R

| MG-787 |
Mineral
graphite yarns with inhibitor corrosion.
In order to obtain a greater pressure resistance to use it in
valves, each strand is reinforced with a wire mesh covering,
and braided by the diagonal system, wich confers to the packing
some excellent mechanical propierties and reducing the possibility
of braid extrusions.
This packing can work at the highest preassures and temperatures
and it can be used in all kind of valves.
It combines the low friction coefficient, a good flexibility
and easy installation with good thermal and chemical resistance.
This product can be supplied in performed rings without use
the antiextrusion rings as MG 787 avoid the extrusion itself.
It is recommended where it is necessary a control of the emissions.

This
